The Hashtag Marketplace is a digital platform where users can purchase, own, and display hashtags as unique digital properties. Each hashtag purchased becomes the exclusive digital property of the buyer and is displayed on our platform’s homepage.

1.3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Digital Property Rights

2.1 Nature of Hashtags

Hashtags purchased on this platform constitute digital property – unique, non-duplicable digital assets that exist exclusively on our platform. Hashtags are not securities, financial instruments, or investment products.

2.2 Ownership Rights

Upon successful payment, you acquire:

Exclusive rights to display your chosen hashtag on our platform
Rights to request customization of the hashtag’s associated content (image, description, website link) (via the contact form)
Rights to the dedicated hashtag page (yoursite.com/hashtag/[your-hashtag])
Future rights to transfer or sell your hashtag to other users (when feature becomes available)

2.3 Platform Ownership

While you own the exclusive rights to your hashtag, Click My Business retains ownership of the underlying platform, technology, and infrastructure.

3. Purchase Terms

3.1 Pricing

Each hashtag costs 2$ (two United States Dollars) for initial purchase
Prices are displayed in USD (united States Dollar) and final at checkout
For cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum), prices are calculated in real-time by our payment service provider

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

Credit/debit cards
PayPal
Bank transfers
Bitcoin (BTC)
Ethereum (ETH)

3.3 Uniqueness Guarantee

Each hashtag can only be purchased once. Our system automatically prevents duplicate hashtag registrations.

Select your desired hashtag (must include # symbol)
Add optional customization (image, description, website URL)
Complete payment through our secure checkout
Receive confirmation and immediate platform display

4. Hashtag Requirements and Content Policy

4.1 Hashtag Format

Must begin with # symbol
May contain letters, numbers, and underscores only
Maximum length: 27 characters
No spaces or special characters (except underscore)

4.2 Prohibited Content

Hashtags and associated content may not contain:

Adult or sexually explicit material
Drug-related content
Violence or hate speech
Illegal activities or services
Copyrighted material without authorization
Spam or misleading information
Content that violates German law

4.3 Content Moderation

Automated filtering systems monitor all content
Google Safe Browsing API validates website URLs
Manual review may be conducted at our discretion

5. Platform Rights and Modifications

5.1 Right to Modify or Remove

Suspend or terminate hashtags that violate these terms
Update platform features and functionality
Modify these Terms and Conditions with reasonable notice
Automatically randomize hashtag display order every Sunday at 00:00 (midnight)
Manually randomize hashtag display order at any time for testing, maintenance, or administrative purposes

5.2 Revision Policy

Hashtags are subject to change under revision by the website owners. We may edit or remove hashtags if they:

Violate our content policy
Infringe upon third-party rights
Contain technical errors
Compromise platform security or functionality

5.3 No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of hashtag properties, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided except in cases of technical errors on our part.

6. Display and Technical Features

6.1 Homepage Display

Hashtags appear on our homepage with the following display order:

New hashtags appear at the top in order of newest first
Every Sunday at 00:00 (midnight), all existing hashtags are automatically randomized in their display order
After randomization, new hashtags purchased during the week continue to appear at the top until the next Sunday randomization
Each hashtag includes customizable image, description, and website link
Hover/tap functionality provides expanded preview
Platform administrators reserve the right to perform randomization earlier for testing and maintenance purposes

6.2 Individual Hashtag Pages

Each hashtag receives a dedicated page featuring:

Full hashtag display with customizations
Social sharing functionality
Navigation between hashtags
Search engine optimization

6.3 Technical Specifications

Images: 400x400px square format recommended
Descriptions: 50-150 characters
Website URLs: Must pass safety validation

7. Future Features

7.1 Planned Enhancements

We plan to introduce:

Hashtag resale and trading marketplace
Premium positioning options
Enhanced customization features
Category-based organization

7.2 No Guarantee

Future features are planned but not guaranteed. We reserve the right to modify or cancel planned features at our discretion.

8. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for the content they associate with their hashtags, including:

Click My Business makes no guarantees, warranties, or promises regarding website traffic, visitor numbers, or exposure levels for purchased hashtags. While we may engage in promotional activities and advertising at our discretion, hashtag purchasers are not entitled to any specific amount of traffic, views, or visibility. The purchase of a hashtag does not constitute an agreement to provide traffic or marketing services. All promotional efforts are voluntary and may be modified, reduced, or discontinued at any time without notice or refund.

Project Continuity and Discontinuation

This platform is an experimental digital marketplace with no guarantee of long-term operation. In the event that the project does not achieve commercial success, fails to grow beyond 100 hashtag purchases, or becomes financially unsustainable, Click My Business reserves the right to discontinue the hashtag purchasing feature and potentially shut down the platform entirely. Should discontinuation occur, reasonable advance notice will be provided to users, but no refunds will be issued for previously purchased hashtags. Users acknowledge that hashtag ownership is contingent upon the continued operation of our platform and that digital properties purchased herein exist solely within our ecosystem.

Experimental Nature Acknowledgment

By purchasing a hashtag, users acknowledge that this platform is an experimental concept in digital property ownership and that continued operation depends on market acceptance, technical feasibility, and business viability. Users understand they are participating in a beta-stage digital experiment with inherent risks of discontinuation.

15.3 Continued Use

Continued use of our platform after terms updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
